Akademická knižnica

Hlavným poslaním Akademickej knižnice VŠVU je knižnično-informačné zabezpečenie pedagogického procesu a umelecko-vedeckej práce pedagogických zamestnancov, poslucháčov vysokej školy, ale aj používateľov z iných pracovísk.

V mesiacoch december a január bude Akademická knižnica fungovať v zmenenom režime. Presný rozpis nájdete TU.

Noví čitatelia

  • pred prvou návštevou knižnice musia urobiť predregistráciu online
  • Hneď po úspešnom zaregistrovaní je možné objednať si dokumenty z online katalógu. Pozri časť Žiadanky. Pri prvej návšteve knižnice dostane nový čitateľ preukaz na základe overenia prostredníctvom občianskeho preukazu, v prípade študentov aj ISICom.

Doterajší čitatelia

  • doterajší čitatelia si musia zmeniť heslo
  • je možné použiť už existujúce heslo, len treba prejsť krokmi Zabudnuté heslo, lebo nový systém si vaše staré heslo nepamätá.
  • doterajším čitateľom platia staré preukazy až do zmeny ich statusu v knižnici.

Žiadanky

Vyzdvihnutie dokumentov

  • dokumenty budú pripravené najbližší pracovný deň. Pokiaľ by si príprava dokumentov vyžadovala dlhší čas, budeme Vás o tom informovať emailom.
  • platnosť podanej žiadanky je 7 dní. Do tohto termínu je potrebné si dokumenty vyzdvihnúť.

Podmienky výpožičiek

  • dĺžka vypožičania, maximálny počet vypožičaných dokumentov, pravidlá pri prekročení lehoty vypožičania – platia tak, ako doteraz. Pozri Knižničný poriadok.
  • najstaršia časť fondu bude na dlhšie obdobie nedostupná z kapacitných dôvodov. Túto informáciu nájdete v online katalógu v položke Lokácia.

Upomienky

  • Prípadné upomienky, ktoré mohli vzniknúť počas obdobia zatvorenia knižnice, budeme riešiť individuálne. Výpožičné obdobie sa o toto obdobie posunie.

Tiež Vás chceme požiadať o trpezlivosť v súvislosti s identifikáciou lokácií v online katalógu. Presúvanie lokácií je stále v procese úpravy a môže sa stať, že niektoré ešte nezodpovedajú reálnemu stavu.
