For their next, 27th edition, the Áčko Student Film Festival decided to cooperate with the AFAD and to join forces to create the winning statuette. The author of the statuette is Jakub Sojka, a student of the Department of Applied Arts at the Studio of Glass. He is working on the project under the guidance of doctoral student Mgr. art. Kristina Ligačová from the Department of Photography and New Media.

Recording, positive - negative, film strip and curtain are typical elements for a film and at the same time key words in the creation of the Áčko festival award. Jakub focused on individual segments of elements that he stylizes, transforms and applies to designs. This unique statuette will symbolize the creativity, passion and tireless work that the students invested in their films.
