If you are interested in studying at at the AFAD on a master's degree (in Slovak), you can send your application by May 23, 2023. We offer the master's study programs in two fields of study: "Art" and "Art and Culture Sciences" (History and Praxis of the Contemporary Art).

You can choose from four programs within the study field Art:

Visual arts (painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, intermedia, glass, ceramics, jewelry, digital arts)
Design (design, textile creation, visual communication)
Architectural creation
Restoration and Conservation

Within the study field Art and Culture Sciences:

History and Praxis of the Contemporary Art

Important dates:

from 23/3/2023 to 23/5/2023 – submission of an electronic application
- In the period from March 23, 2023 to May 23, 2023, the applicant for a master's degree at the AFAD fills out and electronically sends the electronic application (confirms it in the system).
until 23/5/2023 – payment of the fee
from 6.00 a.m. on 1/6/2023 until 20/6/2023 until 8:00 a.m. - upload files to the storage
on 26/6/2023 – interview before the admissions committee
