Performance
The exhibition will not be opened by a vernissage but through repeated performances over four days with a limited audience for each performance – 10 people. You need to purchase a ticket for a specific time slot via the GoOut portal, available here:

Ticket price: €7 – €10
Performances will begin in the courtyard of the Academy of Fine Arts and Design at Hviezdoslavovo Square 18. Each performance lasts 40 minutes.

Something is happening.
Something that doesn't have a name yet, but already has a temperature.
The air is not empty. It's dense. It is carried by breath, by the curtain, by anticipation.
Matters and bodies are trying to rise in this space -
not against nature, but in its other strange mode,
Things do not happen in order to be. But because they want to become.
Not for the sake of completion, but for the sake of "coming into being" itself.
Not for the sake of naming, but for the sake of lasting a while longer
in that which is unclear, open, changeable.
Even before you say it.
This is not an exhibition to look at.
It is a landscape.
A network of subtle connections.
A place where emotionality doesn't become a concept,
but a change in the pressure in the room.
Something is happening.
And it is waiting for you.
Not as an event.
But as an urgent approach.
Even before you say it.
Simona Gottierová is a keystone,
from which grows this whole new landscape of profound experience,
opening up a space where everyone can create, feel, breathe together:
Sabina Bočková through movement,
Adela Mede with her voice,
Jakub Smiček by sound,
Juraj Gábor through space.
The intermedia exhibition project by Simona Gottierová and her invited co-authors is an open polylogue between thought, movement, will, matter, voice, and sound. Its form changes over time, and each repeated live performance is an authentic encounter of all performers with the multilayered score, created through mutual communication. The project is based on the artist’s residencies at Cité Internationale des arts in Paris, Káznice in Brno, Stanica Žilina-Záriečie, and finally at TELOCVIČŇA – Residency Centre for Dance.
