Enrollment for Second and Higher Year of Study

Booking an enrollment appointment for AY 2025/2026:

Enrollment of students in higher years for the academic year 2025/2026 will take place in person at the Study Department. To take part in enrollment, you must create a reservation via the booking system according to your year level:

Bachelor’s and Master’s studies

• 2nd and 3rd year of Bachelor’s study

  • Mgr. Žaneta Zorvanová:  BOOK A TIME*

• 4th year of Bachelor’s study and 2nd year of Master’s study

  • Ing. Iveta Šmalová:   BOOK A TIME*

^{*If you come to enrollment without a reservation, you will have to wait for the next available timeslot on that day.} 

^{**Students departing for international mobility who cannot enroll during the regular enrollment dates may enroll earlier in August: Bachelor’s students BOOK A TIME, Master’s students BOOK A TIME.}

Doctoral studies

• 2nd year and above of doctoral studies

  • Enrollment takes place by submitting an online form on 12. 9. 2025 (00:00 – 23:59):
    • enroll in AY 2025/2026
      • The completed and signed Affidavit must be attached to the form as a PDF. (only to be entered by full-time doctoral students)

Conditions required for enrollment in AY 2025/2026:

1. you have completed at least 40 ECTS credits in the previous academic year (check your enrollment sheets in AIS).
2. you brought the completed and signed Affidavit form (applies to all except third-degree students in external form)
3. you paid the enrollment fee of €26, which includes:
   1. administrative fee associated with enrollment: €10
   2. ISIC license for AY 2025/2026: €16    

Enrollment fee

Payment details can be found in AIS in the Tuition and Fees section. Select the academic year 2025/2026 and use the printer icon to display the payment order (each student is assigned a unique specific symbol, which is important for correct payment matching). Pay both amounts with a single bank transfer. If you are paying from a foreign account number, include the variable symbol, specific symbol, and your surname in the message for the recipient. 

If you make an account-to-account transfer and enter all details correctly – account number, amount, variable symbol, and specific symbol – your payment will be matched in AIS within 5 business days.

The fee must be paid no later than 25.8.2025

Issuing of ISIC renewal stickers and cards:

will take place concurrently with the enrollment dates at the ISIC office, door no. 37 (entrance from the courtyard of the building at Hviezdoslavovo Square no. 18.)

To speed up issuing the renewal stickers and ISIC cards, please bring the completed and signed form in advance.
