Annotation
Under the guidance of Maja Štefančíková within the Performance Laboratory, participants immersed themselves in exploring moments when body and mind work in harmonious coordination.
During the workshop, they focused on the delicate layers of the skin, observing the tension and release of muscles, and examining the skeletal system as the body’s vital support. The Hlt Kože exhibition offered students a foundation for a deeper understanding of the body—its vulnerability, sensitivity, and strength—and provided an opportunity to perceive the body as a living, dynamic material constantly responding to external stimuli.
