OPEN CALL until 31 July 2026: Performance for The Others Art Fair (29. 10. – 1. 11. 2026)

LAB Performance announces an Open Call for performance-based projects for the international art fair The Others in Turin, curated by Maja Štefančíková:

Open Call for AFAD students (2nd year BA – PhD): We are looking for performances, sound and vocal interventions, movement-based situations, participatory and site-specific projects, and experimental formats responding to the themes of temporariness, transit, movement, and the transformation of everyday space for The Others Art Fair in Turin (29 October – 1 November 2026).

How to apply

Send the following to stefancikova@vsvu.sk by 31 July 2026:

a brief project description in English or Italian (max. 300 words),
a concise list of technical requirements.

We will select 3–5 projects to be presented at The Others Art Fair 2026 and further developed within LAB Performance.
