The International Office of AFAD would like to remind you of the opportunity to apply for an international internship abroad during the winter semester 2025/26 and to apply for a grant under the Erasmus+ programme.

Grant

  • The semester internship serves as a full substitute for your studio work and is worth 20 credits. The Erasmus+ work placement grant ranges from €700 to €824 per month (depending on the country).
  • In addition to the base grant, we offer the possibility to apply for an increase if:
    • you travel for the mobility using so-called green transport (train, bus);
    • you are a recipient of a social scholarship;
    • you are a holder of a disability card (ZŤP);
    • you suffer from a chronic physical or mental illness.

Who is the semester internship in the winter semester intended for?

  • For students of all programmes in the 3rd and 4th year of the Bachelor's degree, 1st year of the Master's degree, and PhD students

Internship conditions:

  • The minimum duration of the semester internship is 13 weeks
  • The minimum working time is 25 hours per week
  • The internship must be completed during the winter semester

  2. Send the fully completed application form by 15 August 2025 to sovcikova@vsvu.sk or submit it in person to the VŠVU International Office.
