We cordially invite you to the opening of Mira Podmanická's exhibition in slávica. Come with us to welcome the new sales exhibition on the walls in slávica, meet the author Mira Podmanická and enjoy a pleasant early spring evening.

Mira Podmanická

is a sculptor. She creates site-specific installations mainly from or using textiles and objects from various materials. She deals with the topic of space, both interior and exterior, and its perception not only with sight, but with all the senses. She likes to experiment and collaborate.

 

Plant exhibition HERBACEA

represents a selection from a wider HERBARIUM cycle formed over several years by collecting, pressing and gradually drawing and stitching plants to A4 format. The author looks for plants in her surroundings in Bratislava or Liptov. Something exceptional is imported from travels abroad. Hidden treasures by the roads, sidewalks, hidden in the grass, unknown and recognized - on the one hand, they document our love, respect and need to protect, on the other hand, our recklessness and inattention to nature.
