Workshop

focuses on circus techniques as a starting point for developing movement practice, further enriched with elements of contemporary dance. The main emphasis is on balance, working with gravity, coordination, and physical fitness, while exploring the body as a tool for dynamic and conscious movement. Together, we will seek a balance between the precision of technique and the spontaneity of movement, focusing on body awareness in the context of a group and external stimuli.
