The exhibition Torso Zálesie within the cycle Sculptures on the Korzo, which in Zálesie presents the work of contemporary artists working mainly in the medium of sculpture and object, is a joint project of sculptor Klaudia Korbelič and photographer Lenka L. Lukačovičová.

The project in public space is divided into two parts. In the interior you will find ornithological still lifes from the torsos of ancient sculptural male feet with stuffed birds in combination with large-format carved photographs with layers of visual and meaningful deposits of the post-Internet period. The exterior is a posthuman garden or botanical safari, where fantastic plastic trifids wait for visitors in unexpected places.

The exhibition presents a post-apocalyptic oasis for wildlife, which takes its habitat on planet Earth back after humanity disappeared through its own efforts. At the same time, in the sense of the Italian phrase denoting still life (natura morta), it is literally "dead nature" - a space-time frozen in the middle of summer, in which the past merges with the future and fiction with reality. Panta rhei is no longer valid - the only thing that flows is the Little Danube around.
