Zuzana Kováčiková at Czech Design Week
Designer and student of Bratislava Academy of Fine Arts and Design Zuzana Kováčiková presents her project DECOR AND ITS POSSIBILITIES in Mánes.
As part of her creations, Zuzana creates vases in which decor plays an essential role, which becomes a supporting element, but also a shape tool. The decor thus determines the shape of the resulting object. At the same time, she uses metal as a secondary material, which serves as a certain matrix or form, which makes it possible to define the future shape of the glass object to a certain extent in advance.
The works of Zuzana Kováčiková, which she exhibits as part of her stand at Czech Design Week (5. - 8. 9. 2024), were created as a bachelor's thesis and also on a semester topic: FOR SALE
