We invite you to the presentation of the new issue of KONCEPT magazine, focusing on the New European Bauhaus initiative (NEB).

The magazine will be introduced by editor-in-chief Zuzana Pastirčák Duchová, Mária Beňačková Rišková, member of Ursula von der Leyen's roundtable for New European Bauhaus and a member of Manifest 2020 association, and Ľubica Šimkovicová, president of Manifest 2020 association.

 

In the new issue, you will find:

  • Introduction to the New European Bauhaus initiative and its activities in Slovakia by Mária Beňačková Rišková.
  • Insights on NEB from experts Nora Vranová, Ingrid Konrad, Martin Stohl, Peter Beňuška, and others through a survey.
  • An interview with Ľubica Šimkovicová, president of Manifest 2020, discussing NEB-related topics and environmental awareness.
  • Information about projects listed under NEB inspiration, including Spolka: Revitalization of KVP in Košice, Woven: Sauna in Spišské Hrhové, Crafting Plastics: Breathe in, breathe out, KOGAA studio: The Distillery – Social Reactor.

At the event, we will read the DECLARATION OF THE NEW EUROPEAN BAUHAUS SLOVAKIA 2024 and invite relevant parties to follow NEB principles in their work.
