"Highlighting creation of fonts as a skill, perceiving lettering as a material and understanding the form of fonts in a broad context are the key theses of my habilitation lecture. I will try to confront them with my own author's work and the vision of the concept of my teaching activity."

"In my inaugural work, I deal with the designer's interest in public and architectural space, and especially in exhibition space. I am interested in the units of information that I come into contact with, and their transformation and interpretation as the goal of design work: data reconstruction, information as a building element of a spatial structure, as a parameter for building an object, number as abstract information and identification, median - middle value as a basis and correlation for the subsequent layout-arrangement-delineation. Since in my work I deal with complex design realization (such as exhibition design or projects in architecture), a crucial element of such work is cooperation with other actors (curators, artists and architects) and the key to success is mutual trust and understanding. I will also focus on the phenomenon of the viewer as a decisive goal of communication and the possibility of interaction with him."
Both lectures are public and will take place within the habilitation and inaugural proceedings in the field of DESIGN.
Lectures will be held in Slovak.
