Lecture:

Leadership and Creative thinking, Empower Creative Education with Awareness and Critical Thinking.

Narratives of ‘change and power’ in fostering future creative leaders.

This lecture delves into the dynamic relationship between leadership and creative thinking, emphasizing how awareness and critical thinking are essential tools in shaping the next generation of creative leaders. By exploring narratives of change and power, it examines how leadership in the creative industries is deeply intertwined with soft power, influencing cultural and economic landscapes on a global scale.

Drawing from philosophy, the session will reflect on the nature of creativity, questioning whether it is an innate human capacity or an evolving construct shaped by external forces—including the rise of artificial intelligence in creative processes. As AI-generated content challenges traditional notions of originality, talent, and authorship, this lecture will provoke discussion on how emerging technologies reshape leadership models and the skills necessary for creative professionals to thrive.

Ultimately, this session seeks to foster a critical and strategic mindset, equipping future leaders with the ability to navigate complexity, challenge dominant paradigms, and harness the transformative potential of creativity within an ever-changing global landscape.
