Job Offer: Erasmus+ Coordinator at the AFAD International Department
We are looking for a new colleague to join the AFAD International Office!

Apply and become a part of the team of the International Department at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava!
Your main job would consist of:
- Administration/monitoring/recording of outgoing mobility within exchange programmes (preparation of financial contracts; working in digital tools etc.)
- administering and supporting selection procedures
- complex administration of inter-institutional contracts
- support for the survey on the satisfaction of students and staff of the AFAD with mobility abroad
- other tasks related to the operation of the International Department, including requirements and tasks defined by the Vice-Rector for International Cooperation
- various activities and tasks related to the operation of the AFAD International Department

We would also like you to meet the following criteria:
- good knowledge of the English language (min. B2)
- ability to multi-task, time-manage, problem-solve and work in a team
- openness, flexibility, reliability, independence, punctuality
- consistency with the values of the AFAD
- the position is suitable for graduates of Bachelor's degree.
Previous work experience in this field is welcome but not a requirement.
Salary conditions:
min. 1100 EUR gross (final salary depends on previous experience, degree and successful completion of probationary period)
Expected start date:
ideally from 1 September 2025
