OPEN CALL: RYBNIK Event at Bohéma
We invite you to take part in the upcoming RYBNIK event, which offers a space for presenting and selling your original work. Our aim is to bring the community together and create a platform for diverse and distinctive artistic expressions. All media are welcome – painting, sculpture, fashion, film, design, and applied arts. Technical details, the installation of works, and the sale process will subsequently be discussed individually with the selected artists.
Who is the open call for?
Students of art schools, emerging and established artists, designers and craftspeople who would like to present or sell their work.
When?
Open call period: 14 May – 3 June. Event date: 13 June.
Location?
Bohéma Bar (@bohemaofficial), Bratislava.
Theme:
Open theme. As we are looking for a diverse range of artistic expressions, we have deliberately decided not to set a specific theme. Artists are entirely free to choose their means of expression and medium.
Exhibition / presentation format?
- The presentation may take the form of:
- Pop-up shop (sales area)
- Exhibition / gallery (presentation area)
- You may apply for one of these formats or for both at the same time. As the capacity of the pop-up shop is limited, the number of participating artists must be restricted.
How to apply?
To apply, please send your portfolio or photographs of individual works to our rybnikevents@gmail.com. In your email, please clearly state which part of the event you would like to participate in (pop-up shop or gallery).
