As a virtual exhibition in May we introduce works by AFAD graduates who received a prize given by the rector of the school for their graduation works last year: MFA Lucia Gamanová (programme Visual communication), MFA Matúš Novosad (programme Painting) and the trio of fashion designers MFA Nora Čanecká, MFA Erika Daxnerová and MFA Barbora Jakubová (programme Textiles). They all have in common an attempt to go deep into their field of art or design. We can say they decompose it and strip it of all established concepts to its very basic which they further elaborate. This virtual exhibition wants to suggest an artistic development of the artists, a year since their graduation.
