Annotation

The project of the visual artist Zula Rabikowska "Nothing But a Curtain" examines gender identity and its forms in the countries of the former Eastern Bloc, including Slovakia. The exhibition will bring photographs and other materials created on the basis of interviews with 104 people about their gender-specific experiences. The aim of the project is to disrupt and differentiate the way in which women and non-binary people are presented and to contribute to the discussion about boundaries and gender identity in the 21st century.
