What does the current way of education tell us about ourselves, how does it prepare us for a world full of changes and what effect does it have on us? Does it allow us to think in context, critically and with respect to our own individuality and emotions? The exhibition Roots go down, the plant rises up aims to connect with its concept to the critical pedagogy and ideas of the innovative educational platform Futuropolis: school of emancipation. A prominent motif of the project is a view of experiencing the process of education through one's own body.
