Annotation

The second part of the exhibition kaleidoscope focuses on storytelling as a social and cultural practice of narrating stories. Every culture has its own narratives shared as a means of education, entertainment, cultural preservation, or instilling moral values. Storytelling can refer to oral narration, but in a broader sense, it also includes techniques used in other media to develop or reveal a story. It is often employed to create an emotional connection between the narrator and the audience, making the conveyed message more memorable.

The second video section will present a set of works exploring, through various approaches, the fragility and strength of minorities and endangered groups, rural life and its aesthetics, and individual and collective relationships to cultural traditions. The video section creates a space for reflecting on individual identities and their connections with surrounding communities, landscapes, and the world.
