Almost every consideration of the future raises the question of the presence of human in it. However, does homo sapiens sapiens even have a right to a place in the world, the extinction of which he/she is constantly contributing to? What would the future look like without human, but with everything he/she has created here over the thousands of years of existence? Wouldn't a future without humans be the ideal future of human endeavour?

Petra Čížková

In her environment Les Liaisons Dangereuses offers a hypothetical scenario of human products without human presence. In it, she considers the emancipation of matter from the beginnings and the peak of human existence, while inviting us to look into the future without people with a perspective, a transcendent „view from above". A perspective that becomes supernatural in its unnaturalness. The exhibition is a personal and at the same time suggestive vision of the future, a posthuman world without an apocalypse, only with an alternative scenario that disturbs our peace with its completeness, in which the original survives in the new, with no discernible direction back to the human. The alternative situation is a shift in thinking about the cybernetic organism of the future, in which the organic and the inorganic, natural and artificia are united.
