End of project with Art Study at the Slovak National Gallery

Dear readers,

We would like to inform you that the Academic Library of the Academy of Fine Arts and Design has definitively separated from the Art Study at the Slovak National Gallery, thus ending the joint project. The AK VŠVU collection is currently being organized. For this reason, the library is closed. The AK VŠVU is expected to reopen at the beginning of October 2025. We will inform you of the exact date. The AK VŠVU will be located at Hviezdoslavovo námestie 18, where we will provide all services. The Art Study SNG operates independently with its own collection.
