1st international summit of jewelry classes
The event is part of the internationally renowned Schmuckwoche/Jewelry Week in Munich – the most important gathering of contemporary designer jewelry in the world.

In 2026, Die Neue Sammlung – the Design Museum in the Pinakothek der Moderne in Munich will celebrate its 100th anniversary. This year also marks other important anniversaries:
- 20 years of successful exhibitions of contemporary jewelry in the New Collection (since 2006).
- 30 years of jewelry collection within the institution (since 1996).
On this occasion, a unique event is being created – the 1st International Jewelry Workshop Meeting, which will bring together more than 40 jewelry workshops from all over the world, representing all 5 continents and 24 countries.
Each participating school will prepare a unique pop-up presentation created especially for this evening of the Schmuckweekend. The exhibitions will be available only at this location and for one evening only.
The Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava, Metal and Jewelry Studio, will participate in this important international meeting in Munich this year.
All students of the Metal and Jewelry Studio, as well as students of the Jewelry Preparatory Course, will actively participate in the program, presenting their own joint action prepared especially for this event.
