Right to withdraw consent
- in cases when we process your personal data on base of your consent, you have the right to withdraw the consent anytime. You can withdraw the consent mainly electronically, in a written form or personally in our company. Withdrawal of the consent does not affect legality of personal data processing we conducted on that basis.

Right to access
- you have the right to receive a copy of personal data we have about you as well as information about how we use your personal data. You will receive your personal data mainly in a written form provided that you do not require other form. If you asked for this information in an electronic form, we will provide you it electronically, if technically possible.

Right to rectification
- we take reasonable measures to ensure accuracy, completeness and actuality of information we have about you. If you believe that data we have are inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, please do not hesitate to ask us to correct, update or supplement these information.

Right to removal (to be forgotten)
- you have the right to ask us to remove your personal data, for instance, if the personal data we obtained about you are no longer necessary to fulfill original purpose of processing. However, your right must be assessed taking into account all relevant circumstances. For instance, we may have certain legal obligations which mean that we will not be able to comply with your application.

Right to restriction of processing
- in certain circumstances, you are entitled to ask us to stop using your personal data. For instance, if you believe that personal data, we have about you may be inaccurate or if you believe that we need not further use your personal data.

Right to data portability
- in certain circumstances, you have the right to ask us to transfer the personal data you provided us to a third party of your choice. However, the right to portability only applies to personal data that we obtained from you on base of a consent or an agreement to which you are party.

Right to object
- you have the right to object against personal data processing based on our legitimate interests. In case we do not have a compelling legitimate interest for processing and you submit an objection, we will not further process your personal data.

Right to submit a petition to initiate proceedings on personal data protection
- if you believe that we process your personal data unfairly or illegally, you can submit a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Office of the Slovak Republic, address: Budova Park one, Námestie 1. mája 18, 811 06 Bratislava; tel. number: 421 2 3231 3214; email: statny.dozor@pdp.gov.sk , https://dataprotection.gov.sk . In case the complaint is submitted in an electronic form, it is necessary that the complaint fulfills the requirements under section 19 (1) of the Act No. 71/1967 Coll. on administrative proceedings (Administrative Code) as amended.
