1. University teacher in the position of Assistant Professor

for teaching the compulsory subject Studio focused on intersections of graphic media and professional subjects focused on the intersections of graphic media in the Bachelor's program Graphic Art and Other Media and in the Master's program Visual Arts, specialization Graphic Art, in the field of study Art, assigned to the Department of Graphic Art and Other Media.

Qualification Requirements:
- completed third-level higher education in the relevant field,
- at least 3 years of teaching experience (including PhD studies),
- overview of artistic, scientific, and pedagogical activities,
- defense of a written teaching concept.
2. University teacher in the position of Assistant Professor

for teaching the compulsory subject Free Graphic Art Studio focused on intersections of graphic media in the Bachelor's program Graphic Art and Other Media and in the Master's program Visual Arts, specialization Graphic Art, in the field of study Art, assigned to the Department of Graphic Art and Other Media.

Qualification Requirements:
- completed second-level higher education in the relevant field + ongoing third-level study,
- teaching experience is welcome,
- overview of artistic, scientific, and pedagogical activities,
- defense of a written teaching concept.

Required documentation for the selection procedure:
- Application – a written request to participate in the selection procedure including consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and amending certain laws. The application must include: personal details – name, surname, address, contact – email, phone, and exact job title of the position applied for.
- Structured CV (excluding personal data and photo),
- Officially certified copy of the diploma of higher education,
- Criminal record extract not older than 3 months,
- Written teaching concept,
- Brief portfolio of artistic or scientific activities,
- Overview of artistic, professional, and publishing activities (if possible, supported by extracts from CREUČ and CREPČ),
- Overview of art-scientific, professional, and publishing activities (if possible, supported by extracts from CREUČ and CREPČ),
- Declaration on other employment relationships with universities in Slovakia or abroad for university teaching or research, including weekly working hours (according to § 74 par. 5 of the Higher Education Act),
- Overview of art-pedagogical activities (length of teaching practice, supervision of final theses),
- Overview of grant, project, and organizational activities (research projects, conferences, workshops, etc.),
- Consent to the processing of personal data.
All documents must be submitted both in printed and electronic form (on a USB stick).
Internal staff are not required to submit certified copies of education documents – copies are sufficient.
General admission conditions:
- Fulfillment of the required admission conditions,
- Complete submission of the required documentation for the selection procedure,
- Personal participation in the selection procedure.
Selection procedure process:
- Presentation of artistic, scientific, and pedagogical activity (approx. 15 min.),
- Presentation of the proposed teaching concept (approx. 15 min.),
- Discussion with the committee members and defense of the submitted teaching concept.

- The position and function are announced in accordance with the approved number and structure of jobs at AFAD.
- The selection procedure verifies the abilities and professional knowledge of the applicant required or appropriate for the duties associated with the position being filled.
- The required documentation, including the application, must be submitted in Slovak. Documents proving education and academic titles obtained abroad must be officially certified and translated into Slovak (except those in Czech) and officially recognized in accordance with the applicable law on the recognition of foreign education documents (the applicant submits a recognition decision).
