RECTOR'S ORDER no. 5/2021

Entries to AFAD building

From March 1, 2022 until further notice, I am adjusting the regime of entry to the individual school buildings as follows:

1. Upon entering the AFAD buildings, everyone is obliged to disinfect their hands and cover their noses and mouths with a clean, dry cloth.

2. A person with a symptom of respiratory infections that may have symptoms of COVID-19, such as fever above 38 ° C, cough, difficulty breathing, muscle pain, headache, fatigue, malaise, loss of smell and taste, does not enter AFAD buildings.

3. Wearing a veil, hand disinfection and 2m intervals are observed in buildings. Closed teams in individual studios are adhered to.

4. The overview of other duties and professional recommendations is regulated by the Regulation of the Rectors of AFAD for the academic year 2021/2022.

5. AFAD buildings are open from 7:00 to 20:00 every day, including weekends.
Justification: This order was issued while maintaining full-time teaching at school and creating the safest possible environment. At the same time, Act 124/2006 in para. 5 regulates the obligations of the employer in favor of enforcement, which provide for collective protective measures against individual measures.

doc. Mgr. Bohunka Koklesova, PhD.
rector

The definitions of the different phases:

The green phase – AFAD does not have a person suspected of or confirmed to have COVID-19.

Information channel

The information channel serves in particular to notify the school of any important information concerning the current situation. If a person has been diagnosed COVID-19 positive or suspected to be COVID-19 positive, he/she has to notify the school. At the same time, he/she should identify the people he/she has come in contact with. The informational channel is also intended for asking questions and sharing recommendations.

AFAD has created The Permanent Monitoring Body responsible for the monitoring of the epidemiological situation, the management and draft of measures to be taken in order to stop the spreading of COVID-19 in all school buildings.

How to protect yourself and others?

  • Facemask: Wearing a facemask that covers the nose and mouth is obligatory on all school premises (both indoors and outdoors).
  • Distance: It is necessary to keep a safe distance from others in the indoor premises as well as on the outdoor premises of the school. If there are more than 6 people present in the class, we recommend the maximum number of one person per 15 square meters of space in indoor areas and a safe distance between students. If this is not possible, it is necessary to divide these groups of students, so that the maximum number of people who are present in the class is six, including the teacher.
  • Hands: When entering the building, it is obligatory to disinfect your hands. It is necessary to wash your hands with soap on a regular basis during the day. Do not use hand dryers, use paper towels.
  • If possible, do not touch your eyes and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Carry a spare facemask and change it, if the one that you are wearing is broken, wet or dirty.
  • Avoid places with a higher concentration of people. The maximum number of people indoors is 6.
  • Unless necessary, do not mix with the students from other studios or departments. Try to maintain the autonomy of individual workplaces.
  • Cover your mouth, if sneezing or coughing.
  • Avoid sharing personal belongings.
  • Ventilate rooms.
  • Consider the necessity of travelling.
  • If you suffer from any of the symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, vomiting, diarrhea, sudden loss of taste and smell, other symptom of an acute respiratory infection), leave the school building, contact your general practitioner by telephone and follow his expert advice.
  • You can apply for COVID-19 testing also on the following link: https://korona.gov.sk/poziadat-o-vysetrenie-na-covid-19/

Warning:

If an employee or a student suspects COVID-19, he/she is obliged to stay at home in self-quarantine. Until his/her PCR test results are known, the school excludes his/her close contacts (students, colleagues, etc.) from physical presence at school. If his/her health condition permits it, he/she continues in the teaching or learning process online.

Countries are divided into the following groups:

Countries without an obligation of registration (the so-called green countries)
