From Vienna - Aiport Schwechat - to Bratislava

International Airport Schwechat is located 60 kilometers South West of Bratislava. Regular hourly bus services from Schwechat will bring you to Bratislava in about 60 -70 minutes. Passengers can buy the ticket directly from the driver in the bus (approx. 9 EUR / one-way). The bus stop for Bratislava is right outside of the arrivals hall of the Schwechat airport.

Upon your arrival at the Bus Station Bratislava - NIVY, you can reach the centre of town by walking (approx. 20 minutes), by taxi (cost approx. 5 EUR), or by public transportation (bus number 70, get off at the terminal stop "Nový most").

From Bratislava Airport to the centre of city

You can reach the centre of Bratislava in about 30 minutes. Taxi from Bratislava Airport to the centre costs up to 300 SKK (9 EUR) City public transportation - bus: price for 1hour ticket = 22 SKK (approx. 0.65 EUR). Bus number 61 to Hlavna Stanica (the Main Railway Station), followed by bus number 93 to Zochova in the centre of town (from there, it takes 10 minutes to walk to the Academy of Fine Arts at Hviezdoslavovo namestie).
