General Information

Please note:

  • Kindly express your interest in either on Session A or B on Saturday morning by registering to one of them!
  • Kindly register for the X-files meeting, should you wish to participate in it.
  • Due to the limited number of participants, your registration is provisional until the organizers have received your payment.
  • Upon the receipt of your payment, you will receive an e-mail confirming your participation at the conference. You will receive a receipt of your payment at arrival in Bratislava. You can also login to the registration program and print it out yourself (Menu: Registration => Badge/receipt)

Registration Fees

  1. Cumulus members: 130 EUR
  2. Non-members: 220 EUR
  3. Students*: 20 EUR


On site Payment:

  1. Cumulus members: 5 200 SKK (approx. 150 EUR)
  2. Non-members: 8 600 SKK (approx. 250 EUR)
  3. Students: 700 SKK (approx. 20 EUR)

Please note: On site payment is possible in Slovak Crowns only.

Groups 1- 2.
Price includes the conference programme and all social events on 12 – 13 October 2007.

Group 3*: The price does not include lunches and social events.
Bachelor or master students only are entitled to the student price. In order to register as a student, you are required to present proof of the student status.

Note: Accomodation reservations should be made separately. To book a hotel, please go to Accommodation.

Important: Unfortunately the capacity of hotel rooms is limited: therefore first come - first served.

Ways of Payment

You can choose to pay by (1) Credit card (we accept only Visa and Master card), (2) to the designated bank account via international bank transfer (IBAN/SWIFT) or (3) in cash on site.

(1) Payment by Credit Card
The registration system will take you into a secured payment site once you have finished registering by choosing payment type “Credit card”. Please insert your credit card information.

(2) Payment by international bank transfer (IBAN)
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please make the payment immediately after registering.
If you cannot make a bank transfer without an invoice, please send a request to obtain one to Jana Oravcova, This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .
Please note that bank and transfer costs are at your expense: the conference shall receive a net amount equal to the amount due.

(3) On site payment
Please note that

  • on site payment is more expensive than a payment before the beginning of the conference
  • it is possible in Slovak Crowns only

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received before 14th September 2007:

  • Cancellation: Fee will be refunded if the payment was already done, deducted by 20 percent of the made payment.
  • Permutation: replacement of one person by another one from the same organisation with the same status is permitted.


Cancellations received after 14th September 2007:

  • Cancellation: payment is required, there will be no refund.
  • Permutation: replacement of one person by another one from the same organisation with the same status is permitted.
