DEADLINE for accomodation: 10th of September 2007 

The accommodation service is provided by inbound tour operator ENJOY SLOVAKIA through Bratislava hotel booking portal. It is necessary to have valid credit card for the online booking. The system works with real time availability, it means that once you choose the desired hotel, you will be asked to present your credit card and once succesfully submitted, you will immediatelly get your valid accommodation voucher by email.

In case that you want to have the valid invoice after your stay, please present all company details when booking your accommodation. The invoice will be provided to you after your departure from the hotel by email (or by post, if necessary).

Please, always quote "CUMULUS participant" with your request to receive the special arrangements prepared for you. You will receive a proforma invoice to be paid and once paid, you will get the voucher for your accommodation.
